Thymus nummularius
A perennial thyme with small glossy green leaves producing pale pink flowers during Summer. Requires an open, sunny position in well drained soil. Spreading habit, grows to 15cm.
Position: Full sun.
Harvest: All year round. Can be cut back at the end of winter to reveal fresh Spring growth.
Uses: Add to pizza, marinades, stuffings, tomato sauces, risotto, baked vegetables, salad dressings and to flavour olive oil.
