Piper Betel
Trives in bright, indirect light and prefers consistently moist, well-draining soil. Maintain high humidity at room temperature. Feed with indoor plant fertiliser every 4-6 weeks during growth season. Prune for bushy growth, watch for pests and harvest young leaves for culinary use.
Position: Position near birght indirect light.
Soil: Prefers a peat based potting mix which is free draining.
Watering: Water when soil feels dry or plant starts to droop. Keep soil moist but not wet, weatering more in summer and less in winter.
Fertilise: Liquid fertilise in warmer weather or add slow release fertiliser to the potting mix.
Use: Suitable for pots. Edible leaves.
Growing Tips: Use a damp cloth to wipe any dust from leaves. and prune off any dead foliage.
