Polygonum odoratum
A hardy perennial with multi-coloured peppery flavoured leaves producing pink flowers in Spring. Vietnamese mint would be best contained in a large pot. Requires a sunny, warm, well drained position with adequate fertiliser and water during the growing season.
Position: Full sun.
Height: 15cm.
Harvest: All year round.
Uses: Used for laksa dishes, Thai salads, rice paper rolls, Vietnamese and Thai cuisine.
