Cultivation
Plant bulb in a pot large enough to allow a minimum of 3-4 cm of soil around the bulb. The nose of the bulb protruding from the top of the pot. Approximately a 1/3rd of the bulb should be above the soils surface. Overwatering will cause stem rot and red rust.
Soil Position
Prefers a full sun or partial shade position in a well drained orgainically rich soil. Protection from the wind is recommended.
