- Flowers are in terminal clusters, large and prolific.
- The outstanding flower display occurs from January to March.
- Open, sunny position in free draining soil.
- Hardy, small to medium sized tree suitable for large gardens, street and amenity planting, farms, windbreaks and coastal gardens.
- Tolerant of most soils but not alkalinity or salinity. Plants appreciate supplementary water during hot, dry spells.
- Plants respond well to judicious pruning to product good form and to control height.
