Brassica oleracea var. acephala
Collards Georga Southern has open green leaves that can be eaten in salads or lighly blanched. Flavour is similar to Broccoli leaves but much softer and also sweeter.
For control of white cabbage butterfly use fine netting or Dipel.
Sow late Summer – Autumn.
