Manaus is an attractive Brazilian cultivar growing leaves 8 to 10cm across with a tight compact growth habbit. Manaus is well suited for indoor gardens, pots and terrariums. Begonias are able to survive well indoors but need reasonable light. These are hybrids that can be kept compact for long periods by regularly pruning larger leaves and removing the central growth points.
