Brassica juncea
Red Giant Mustard is a hot mustard which only needs to be used sparingly. The leaves are attractive being a burgundy colour and plants growing to 80cm tall. Good in stir-fries or small amounts used fresh. Produces large, peppery flavoured leaves that are ornamental in the garden and also adds colour to meals. Leaves seem to loose most of their heat once cooked.
Sow Autumn - Spring.
