Osaka Purple Mustard is an attractive plant with mild mustard flavoured leaves when eaten fresh in salads. Good in stir-fries holding some of its potency. Leaves are large with a greenish purple colour darkening closer to the edge. Mild mustard flavour.
Osaka Purple Mustard can be used as a microgreen when sown in seedling trays and harvested young.
