Tall Utah celery has dark green stringless stems to 70cm long. Stems are thinner then the Tendercrisp variety with a softer texture. Crunchy sweet stems that can be eaten fresh or cooked.
Ensure celery is planted in a fertile position to ensure lush green growth for best stems.
Sow: Autumn-Spring.
