Fast growing and easy to harvest. Stems, leaves and flower buds are all edible and it’s an excellent source of Vitamin C and antioxidants. Perfect for stir fries and steaming.
How To Grow
Sow shallowly and thinly in rows 40cm (15”) apart. Keep soil moist, particularly during dry months. Thin to 30cm (12”) apart. Grows best In warm sunny position in well drained soil. Seedlings emerge 6-10 days.
