A hardy aromatic perennial shrub grown for its grey/green serrated foliage and beautiful purple flower spikes that appear in Winter til Autumn.
Position: Full sun.

Harvest: Pick lavender flowers as required. Prune in Autumn to maintain fresh growth and a good shape the following season. Lavender requires a sunny position and can tolerate dry conditions once established.
Uses: Aromatic addition to a cottage or herb garden, attracts bees, can be added to desserts and used for cut flowers.
